A company’s assets are first and foremost its members of staff.  This notion lies at the very heart of Créaset’s philosophy.  The human aspect and relationship qualities have always been a real development driver.  Good humour is the glue that binds and bonds, enables mountains to be climbed.  Both in our offices and workshops, we foster an atmosphere of well-being, good humour and joy.
